Our 401K includes a company match after 1 year of employment and all funds are fully vested from day one.

Merit Review (Pay Increases): Our goal is to reward our top performers—people who do great work and make others around them better. So we hold performance reviews each year to discuss what you’re doing well, areas of opportunity, and how you can reach your goals.

Crew and Hourly Managers are eligible to receive a merit increase after each performance review, based on performance and overall contribution to the restaurant.

CREW BONUS: Plus, all full-time Crew and Hourly Managers (working more than 32 hours per week on average) who’ve been with the company for a year or more are eligible for a bonus each December. Check out our 'Salary Benefits' to learn more about the perks for Apprentices.

SEMI-ANNUAL BONUS (SALARIED RESTAURANT MANAGERS): At the heart of our successful restaurants and unique people culture are teams of top performers who are empowered to achieve high standards. Salaried Restaurant Managers and Corporate Staff are eligible to receive a merit increase once per year following annual performance reviews, based on their ability to make the people around them better and impact Chipotle’s success.

Semi-Annual Bonus (Salaried Restaurant Managers): At the heart of our successful restaurants and unique people culture are teams of top performers who are empowered to achieve high standards. Twice each year we award bonuses to our salaried managers based on their performance and measures that reinforce these principles.

Annual Bonus (Corporate and Field Staff): The purpose of our corporate and field support teams is to create encouraging circumstances that allow our restaurant managers and crew to focus on running great restaurants and achieving our vision of changing the way people think about and eat fast food. Following performance reviews, support staff are eligible to receive annual bonuses. Your bonus amount is determined each year based on how well Chipotle does, how well your team does, and how well you individually perform.
